Our stay at the Fame Residence was so bad that we said we'd fly home.
For one thing, the rooms weren't clean! The minibar is often not refilled, we brought our drinks up to the room ourselves.
My 7 month old baby got an "extra bed", which was just a frame with a very thin mattress. My son didn't sleep in it for a minute.
There are far too few elevators available, so you have to wait 5-10 minutes for an elevator.
The drinks service at the Lobi gets zero stars, you have to beg for your drink! Other guests have priority;)
Also the service at the meal, because you prefer to get up and get your drink.
If you want to sit on the terrace and eat comfortably, it is not possible - because there is a barbecue on the terrace and you can neither see the person in front of you nor get a breath of smoke. I can still list so much, but that's enough for now.
It is definitely NOT recommended !!!!
