I have never physically gone but we order a lot at home, especially churrasco and secret ... it is very good, a taste very different from other steaks from other places (in a good way) ... the secret is great. Another highlight in its favor is that the chips are homemade and not bagged, a detail that I love to see and makes me want to repeat. And the food always arrives super soon and hot! I will repeat many times!
