I wrote a review a few weeks ago (copied below) and after posting, the dealership contacted me and has refunded my money. I thank them for their service and for issuing me the refund.

This dealership charged me over $100 for an oil change and neglected to look up the fact that I purchased a plan when I purchased my brand new Jeep that allows for free oil changes. I have called the dealership 4 times, and have sent numerous emails and they refuse to refund my money. It has been over a week and they claim they owe me nothing even though they have confirmed I did in fact pay for the free oil changes when I purchased my 2014 Jeep. I am very upset and I want my money back for the $100 they charged me in error!!!
