I love Steak and Shake. It's my significant other and I's favorite fast food joint. The food is consistently good, and the wait staff is friendly. I'm knocking a star off because a few of the times I've been there in the past, they've been completely out of bacon for days it seemed. And they've been known to leave out a cheese cup or two with the cheese fries. I will say that the drive-through workers are almost always very polite and friendly though.
