January 2 really way too busy. Several times back to info desk. Many errors, for example, booked 2 days on the room card and paid for 3 days. When getting the ski gear it was really a long wait, there was only 1 girl who worked her lungs out of her body to get everything done. There is a lot, for example, the ski lifts everywhere you have to climb. Ordering food takes a long time and you will forget that the food of the other people is cold. Scolding cook behind the stove and at the checkout there were more dishes than we had. This is nicely repaid.
