Sales and buying experience was fine and the gentleman was knowledgeable. However, that said, I was shocked that we spent over $5,000 for a range (and microwave) and the range was dropped off without any kind of wrapping or protecting. No box or cardboard, or even some bubble wrap or plastic to protect it. Nothing wrapped around the feet. ???!!! Imagine if you ordered a new cell phone or something and the delivery guy just showed up and handed you the phone. No packaging materials or box, just "here ya go." It was like they were delivering a box of laundry detergent and not a beautiful appliance. Ridiculous. First and last time at this retailer. Minor scratches and we have to figure out how to keep it protected until we are ready to install it when the kitchen is finished. =(

Response to owners reply: Hi Todd. You misunderstand. The item was not installed but delivered/left in the garage. It came off the truck without packaging. It was not unpacked/unwrapped and then left. It was delivered in this state.
