I bought tickets for Kew online. When one of my party was unable to attend I was refused a refund by both Kew Gardens and the vendor SEE tickets. Kew is not an 'event' and it is unreasonable not to refund a ticket that can't be used. Very poor business practice. Beware buying Kew tickets online.
