specialty: scams! instead of writing a report to the manager of a building that a certain floor mat is too dirty for words and can never be cleaned and will fall apart; every week this cleaning company will be cleaning / cleaning the floor mat at the main entrance completely uselessly, which of course does not work and is completely useless.
when removing the floor mat, the mat fell apart into numerous pieces. the manager of the sweco building (outsourced work) and peeters building service consider this a normal course of business for making money.
