Really disappointed with our stay due to the condi...

Really disappointed with our stay due to the condition of the room (3014).
Carpets needed changing a couple of years ago and the whole room had a feel of being unsanitary.
The grand entrance is spectacular and the view of the pools leading to the ocean is amazing.
But the room was disgusting and I would not stay again.
