Our company bought a epoxy mixing machine from them for over 10,000$.
We broke our pneumatic foot switch, and ordered another from them. When the new switch arrived, I called the company who made the pump, and they sell it for $50.00, I was charged 168.92$.

I called and was put in contact with Charlie Kepner (CFO) and let him know about the pricing, and asked why they were charging their loyal customers so much extra. He replied : " We spend hours of time going over problems on machines, so we overcharge on parts because no one knows where to get them, the only reason you know was that we forgot to take the labels off before we shipped you, you would have had no idea where to source that part. We also ship them with the plastic hoses so they are ready to use so thats how we justify that price. After our call he emailed me this response:
Jay,

After reviewing the costing structure for the foot switch assembly, we are unable to justify changing the price. If you would like to return the foot switch, please mail it back to my attention in as new condition and we can issue you a credit.

Thank you
Charlie Kepner
