I bought a new X3 from the Nashville location in 2013. The service experience from the Brentwood location over the past 6 weeks has been unprofessional, discourteous, and truly unbelievable. I left a message with the Svc Mgr through the receptionist almost 2 wks ago and have yet to receive a return phone call. I spoke w/a Sls Mgr in person to leave a msg for the Svc Mgr, and he couldn't even be bothered to stop leaning back in his desk chair against the wall to even hold a professional conversation. 4+ Service trips later, 2+ weeks w/o my car, thousands of $$$$ later, and I drove off the lot on Friday and 10mins later the drive train malfunction light was on again and the car was STILL NOT FIXED! I will never get another BMW ever again as they have lost all credibility w/me and I would NOT recommend BMW to any stranger, friend or family member.
