I bought a kitten from here a few days ago and I have never owned a cat before. I asked the consultant many questions especially one involving a "callous." I was told the vet isn't here but it's just a callous from rough playing with other cats. Myself, not knowing any different since I have never owned a cat before, thought she knew what she was talking about. Come to find out when I take him for his first vet visit it's ring worm because 10 lives club has had an out break in their facility that they have failed to tell anyone about. I'm annoyed, hurt, and heart broken. This place is shady organization and I would NEVER recommend it to anyone.
