I had 2 parts to my plumbing job, first was done perfectly and met my expectations.
The 2nd part required a valve to be ordered, was told it would be about a week wait.
I was able to obtain the part myself in 2 days only, after paying a fraction of price quoted.
I then told 2 people from GM to not order the part , i asked for Gold Medal to only install the piece and re-price the job- we made an appt with a 4 hr window and NO ONE showed or called. After I called to inquire about my appt they were still under the impression I needed the part ordered and did not see my appt on file.
Will not use them again...
