I recieved a coupon via email for a $59 furnace tune up. I called to set up an appt and told them we have an oil furnace. They send a technician who only works on electric furnaces. The technician calls while here and to reschedule and the when the next tech comes - he is looking for a boiler! I call the service line and they confirm my info and say "you have a heat pump, correct?". At that point I gave up trying. Never calling this company again.
