Red Flags EVERYWHERE! Do NOT support this business. Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance to bring my vehicle in for a diagnosis on my check engine light. Had a thorough discussion with the Service rep and provided as much detail as possible based on the vehicle error message to prepare their technician. When I arrived, they had no record of my appointment. I was told there was only one service rep who handled those types of calls, and he looked me straight in the face and said he never remembered speaking with me or me requesting an appointment. I decided to leave my vehicle anyway since I was already there. I was never contacted again after that. After my car sat for a day, I called in for a status update. I was told that the service rep in charge of my visit was not in the office and that she was the only one able to access my file. I requested that I get notice from a manager and the call attendant said she would put a note on their desk. So I waited, again. It was now COB day two do I called again upset that I hadn't recieve any notification whatsoever on the status of my vehicle. The Call attendant said she would transfer me right away... I sat on an unattended line for 15 minutes. I hung up and called back letting her know that no one was responding she said all she was able to do is transfer calls. I hung up and had my husband call and ask about getting his car service to which she promptly stated, "they're closed for the day"
So, this idiot knowingly sent me to a dead line! Unprofessional!!! I had enough so I decided to pickup my vehicle. I called in on day 3 and not until I asked to take home my vehicle, did they decide to tell me they diagnosed it and parts were already ordered. I told them I was going to pick it up because it was ridiculous that they held my car for 3 days with ZERO COMMUNICATION as to what their intent was. The service rep tried to appease me by offering a rental car... why wait until day 3 and customer complaint of no communication to do what should have been done on day 1?! I told her I wanted no service performed and that I was picking it up to take it to my regular Kia Dealer. The service rep instantly became rude and aggressively tried to get me to not pickup my car. Will NEVER patronize this joke of an establishment again. Take your vehicles elsewhere.
