Order made on December 2, for 2 weeks I did not receive any information on where it was or when it would be delivered to me. Unable to contact customer service, they don't answer you by email, or by phone. Fortunately, on 19 December the TV arrived in perfect condition. If it weren't for nonexistent customer service it wouldn't be as bad as an ecommerce site.
