Oh dear, didn't really want to give such a low rat...

Oh dear, didn't really want to give such a low rating but the whole stay was marred by few incidents and the worst was parking situation. Due to the high occupancy rate, there were not enough car park bays for staying customers especially during the day time with walk in diners. Cars were double parked and we have to be asked or asked others to move the cars and even worst late in the night or early in the morning before 7am. Goodness it was supposed to be a relaxing holiday stay.

We really hope management will take this serious and solve the problem before new year rush. It was a shame as the hotel and staff really nice.
