They did a very poor job fertilizing two front yard trees leaving may super green spots all over our front yard which took weeks to finally go away.
I expressed my concern to the person who handled our account. He was very disrespectful and swore at me!
I felt that my treatment warranted a refund since I didn t pay for a ruined front yard. They proposed paying for half since I received some benefit from the treatment. To be done with them, I agreed. They should be embarrassed by their workmanship, unwilling to stand behind their poor performance and the out-of-line attitude by their employee.
I m done with them and they won t care.
