Location is what makes this hotel famous. It was build in 1968 and remodeling few times. Now they are changing windows so from 8:30 am to around 5:pm you have to hear the noises around you, do not expect a good night's sleep. Customer services need improvement and rooms smell. On the other hand, the view is spectacular, and the location is outstanding. You can be in Las Olas in thirty minutes, in Dtown Miami in 20 minutes ( without traffic)- You paid for the area and view; otherwise, I considered it overpriced.
