One would think if you were headquartered in the U.S. that you would make your kitchen scale to measure in ounces, not grams.

But, that is NOT the case.

Instead, every time I turn this unit on to weigh, I must first switch it to ounces before I can use it.

Wake up Conair - this is an annoyance and something so simple that you overlooked !
