Room was as expected for a grand Hyatt, clean, well appointed, spacious, and comfortable. The front desk was friendly, and the location is excellent for those who are willing to take the train.

The stay was excellent save for checkout. When we went to leave our bags at the bell counter, they demanded $3 per bag. To be fair, I probably would have tipped something similar, but it felt exploitative, especially after tacking on a $41 per day destination charge on top of our stated room rate.

The bag charge left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Funny how small things can leave a lasting impact.
