My daughter rents an apartment at Premises managed by 1st Lake Properties. She has a roof leak that has mold growing on her walls and the manager could not be bothered to return her emergency call this evening, he had the operator relay the message that the roofers have been called but they can t fix it until the rain stops. No offer to tarp the roof or make other arrangements to move her to a different unit. She can t stay there with mold growing on the walls. As a side note this is not the first time she s had a leak and all they did was paint over the mold. She s lived there almost 2 years and has been constantly sick. I think we ve figured out why.
