The Arrogant Butcher has assorted American food: burgers, prime rib, shrimp, chicken, scallops, salmon prepared well with good sides. The polenta and smashed potatoes were good, the Mac n cheese just ok. The pretzels and provolone fondue appetizer is a must order delicious!!! The wine list had a good selection from California, Spain, France, Italy, and elsewhere and was not overpriced (for a restaurant). The service was friendly. It s located downtown across from the Talking Stick Resort Arena and close to shopping, hotels, and the convention center.
