From first contact to final farewell Enchanting Travels left nothing to chance. Our itinerary included a number of unexpected experiences, fulfilling our expectations and more. Coordination was amazing with daily contact. Local guides, accommodation and transport all first class.
My wife lost a locket and chain of significant emotional value in Jaipur and mentioned this to our Coordinator on our last day in Delhi. Shevangi demonstrated exceptional kindness and persistence and 10 days after we left India contacted us to say she had located the locket and chain. It has since been returned to my wife.
An amazing holiday, amazing kindness and customer service from a truly amazing company. We look forward to our next adventure with Enchanting Travels.
