I recently bought a certified used car from Conicelli. When I left the showroom I was ready to give them a 5 star review but two things changed my mind. After we got home and went over the paperwork, we realized that the interest rate we were charged seemed high considering our credit rating. We were easily able to get a much lower rate elsewhere and switched the loan. I would advise getting pre-approved before you plan to purchase; they don t seem to be able to get the best rate for you. The second thing was when I went to get gas, I found the tether cord to the gas cap was broken. When I bought this to the salesman s attention, he said that I t was not a replacement part and not cover by the bumper to bumper guarantee that we paid for at the time of purchase. He said crazy glue should be able to fix it! Amazon sells a genuine Honda replacement for $35, their cost would have less. They told me that they put $800 into the car to get it ready for resale; for $35 they lost another star. Although these two items are annoying, I think that it is typical of car dealers. After the sale, customer service declines rapidly.
