It was our first time visiting White Oaks and will not be the last for sure. The facility is very well maintained. There were hand sanitizers at every entrance and elevator and signs for social distance. Our room was spacious. The beds and linens were very comfortable to sleep in. We love the sports club and pool. It's hard to find safe and clean gyms these days so we made full use of the sport club. Our room package came with dining credits so we used for breakfasts at the LIV. The lovely ladies brought us complementary smoothies before our dishes came in, a nice surprise for start of day. For the shopaholics, this resort is across the street from Niagara outlet mall.
