I had a problem to get cold in one room of my apt. Services America went there condemend my unit. I bought the best unit available. I still have the same problem that I had with my old one. I have call services, sale etc... No one returns to check. I had paid another company to check the A/C ducks no problem. They said they sold me the wrong unit. So I do not recommend this company. I should he seen this reviews before.My tenants are complaining daily
