Not the typical great customer service you expect ...

Not the typical great customer service you expect from Flemings. And being at the heart of Downtown LA its a bit discouraging. DTLA is bustling with tourists. Its a shame if they were to walk in and not be greeted with anything less than perfect. Our server (whose name I didnt quite catch because she was speaking so far from us).. it was as if she was TOO busy to stand in front of us and speak to us directly. Her body language was always rushed. She was always talking and leaning forward ready to move on. She hardly came to check on us to see if we needed a refill on a drink or to see if our food was to our tasting. We were celebrating our daughter being accepted into San Jose State University. My daughter enjoyed the dinner. My husband and I, having been to other Flemings restaurants, were not so pleased. It made me upset to spend my money there. Will not be returning. Also not recommending if you have something to celebrate.
