An after-sales service that leaves a lot to be desired.
I had a problem with the two lights that they installed during the renovation that they did to my pool, just before the warranty expired; and since it "coincided" with their peak working season, they did not deign to check it out and replace them. In the end I only managed, after filing a claim with the OMIC and the solution was delayed for almost a year, that they paid me the cost of the lights at the original price (not the current one), without offering to do the installation.
In short, if you have problems, it better be in low season or they will give you long until you get bored ...
