Obviously I needed to replace my mattress. This is usually an embarrassing thing to do...laying down on various mattresses in your preferred sleep position while talking to a complete stranger is just plain weird. However, Ken G. made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. He listened to what I needed, showed me a few mattresses which fit those needs, gave me feed back, and gave me an amazing price. Ken even looked up an old purchase I had made and gave me a solution to a problem i was having with the unit after 10 years of use! I will be back soon to fix that issue and will definitely recommend Metro Mattress and the John Glenn store in particular to friends and family!
