Carl Watson Review of The Midtown Group

This was one of the worst experiences i've had in my working experience. Molly recruited me to work for D.C Streetcar as a maintenance tech in August. Before I accepted the position I explained that I could not start off working the night shift, I already had a job so keep in mind if I couldn't have been accommodated I was fine. She stated that she spoke with the supervisors and it was ok. So I gave my previous job notice and started for Midtown on September 17th. On October 31st I get a call from Molly stating I was being fired because Dave Sitra told her it was told to him by other employees that I said I would quit if I was put on night shift... which was totally false. I then reached out to co workers to tell them about it and they heard nothing about it so then I called Molly back to say no one knows what Dave is talking about and she said " you called and asked your co workers? That is very unprofessional and you have a nice life and hung up on me. Now is this the type of professional attitude that is displayed at a place of business? I don't think so. I later reached out to Molly for her to email me a written statement on why I was terminated and there was no response after she responded to a previous question about the contract and stated I didn't sign one. I came to work on time every day I was employed there even stayed overtime to learn more. In my mind Dave had some type of animosity towards me and wanted me gone and Molly co signed for it to happen.
