Half the water park is closed down. Pool closed down 15 minutes into our day.
Mostly wild kids under 8. Everyone else looks like they would rather be else where.

The entire MOTEL should be shut down immediately.

Staff is not trained. Front desk is no help. Don't expect anyone to actually work here. I'm sure our children our in constant danger being here. Broken glass in parking lot. (DO NOT WALK BAREFOOT AT THIS RESORT!)
Called several "managers / supervisors" and no answer or return calls after leaving messages. Im sure they ignore all complaints.

Hotel is actually a outdated motel and you can hear people all day and night outside. So loud don't expect to sleep before 10pm or past 9am.

Sounds like luggage being rolled on a brick street most of your stay.

Thanks CoCo Key you ruined our day and had me on constant guard duty.

This was a special day for my daughters Birthday. We drove 2 hours out of our way to find out we should have never came!

Water park is filthy, water it cloudy and trash is every where. Note to the Coco Key staff: If you see trash on the ground workers shouldnt continously walk by ignoring it.

Was at the park from 2 til 4 suffering in disgust. Not once did a worker clean up, empty trash cans or pick up a fallen sign that was in the main walk area where I watch people almost trip for hours.

Told the lady you see pictured behind the 4th full trash can about the trash and her exact words in a rude tone were " thank you for bringing that to my attention". An hour later the trash is now all over the water park and in the pools. Great place to get hurt or catch something.
Besides being shut down by the city they should be sending me a full refund.
