Pathetic... Service.. While booking they did not b...

Pathetic... Service.. While booking they did not booked for my 3.5 years kid even after providing birthdates for all family...
While boarding bus driver is not allowed my kid to board on..so I have to run for booking office to buy his ticket. The agent couldn't accompanied with our ticket so I have to buy new one with 1 Adult again...which costs me equal to 6 person...I never seen these kind of system or software where small alteration is not possible... This is really frustrating and big cut to my pocket because of this lack of basic systems incapability.. I was in impression europian systems are ahead and well equipped..but all are just myth...not a truth...!!!!
I can surely say, Indian tourism services are more customer service friendly than this..!!!
