We ordered three things, two small things went well but this one did not: order YA19270948, the freezer arrived on 04/27, normal times; regular packaging, a pity that it has a blow at the bottom, visible only by lifting the packaging.
We report the same day, we are offered 20 to keep it, we prefer to return it in exchange for a new one (hopefully).
The file DO19297678 opens.
After a week of silence and relative inconvenience insisting with a few emails, anomaly n.91804 opens, and on 6/05 the sheet arrives to be printed and put on the package.
After 10 days no one shows up and I decide to call, unfortunately I can't have another freezer before returning the damaged one (why then? Can't they open another order?) But they assure me that the courier will call the same day or the next day to pass .
To date, no one has been heard, we are without a freezer and what's more, we have this bulky package stopping them at home.
We are totally abandoned and I am afraid, given the trend, that unlocking the retreat is only the tip of the iceberg of tribulations to then get to the new freezer.
I would be willing to close with an adequate refund, at least 30% but since no comparison is possible I will be forced to buy elsewhere and have the lawyer write it down.
To date I don't know what else to do.
