This place has horrible customer service! I went in to service my vehicle and no one greeting me at all. There was no one to help me but me waiting to be helped and lastly they re very rude. After they ended up breaking my door handle they refused to even try to fix it and had no empathy what s so ever. After speaking to the service department manager Ivan he didn t apologize for his staffs behavior (Jesus Gutierrez) but showed the same attitude and told me i was wrong about my door handle. It s ridiculous that they even let things go like it s nothing. Please don t even bother taking your car here, try another Larry H Miller that will at least treat you with respect and know that the customer signs THEIR paycheck.
