I've had the stains on the kitchen's ceiling for 5 years! Two different well-know insurance companies guaranteed that my roof was fine, and they both suggested solutions to the leak. I repaired the rood according to what they told me to do. BUT, the leak came back!! I saw two 5-star roofing companies listed in the Fairfax Cty. Best Pick Reports. I called the other company first (my neighbor recommended). They said they used drone for an estimate, and NEVER return my repeated calls. I called DryHome roofing, and voila, Nate came. Even with my very limited knowledge about roof, I believe Nate's diagnosis is on point. Joel & Victor did a great job repairing the roof!! Now, the first snow storm of 2021 will be here shortly, the roof repair will be tested soon :-). The repair is guaranteed for one year.
