i dont know about their sales, but their service is non existent ever since they were purchased by Serpa, before it was 401 kennedy chrysler and it was a fantastic dealership on service side.
i went in to have a high pitch noise looked at, after about an hour the service advisor told me no noise is heard, i insisted on taking for a spin with the shop foreman or service manager, and the girl LUCY BEVACQUA very reluctantly agreed, at which point the service manager jim did hear the noise. after that, the car went inside for at least another hour, at which point jim came to me and said they'll contact the engineer and call me back, and that he's had a lot of warranty work to deal with and dont have time for mine car. after 1 week i called back and jim said nothing yet and he will call me, it's been almost 2 months and i got fed up and went to woodbine chrysler, and that's when the advisor at woodbine chrysler told me there was a tsb on this issue and they fixed for me right away. so if serpa cant even perform tsb warranty repairs, why should anyone trust them with paying repairs? 401 kennedy chrysler was my choice of dealer when i had any issues that my mechanic cant fix, but now they can kiss my money good bye. thanks for a lousy service.
