This has been the worst online shopping experience...

This has been the worst online shopping experience I ve ever had. I never write reviews online. This can t go on. These people are completely unprofessional and impossible to contact by phone and take forever to respond by email. I waited 3 weeks for a product to ship, it never did. Then come to find out they never even had it in stock (which was not in the details when ordered) I have been trying for about 2 weeks now to get them to issue a refund. (5 week total process) Was told a refund was issued over a week ago and still have yet to see it. Please don t waste your time or money with this place.
