Shutting down the Gardiner and DVP for "Ride for H...

Shutting down the Gardiner and DVP for "Ride for Heart" is not acceptable! These are very busy highways and the traffic problems that this causes are so bad despite this event being held on Sunday that this delays emergency vehicles (I've seen police getting stuck in traffic near Dufferin/King because of this) and forces GO Transit to suspend all GO bus service to Union Station. The vast majority of cities DO NOT shut down busy expressways for "events".
