Came to Jamestown to see Amy Schumer. We were right nnjng late for theconference7:00 show. People were waiting not in line both up and down the streets. It was 7:15 and no one had been admitted! So much for a 7:00 show! Nothing has changed at the arena. Disorganized and slow as always. Tons of volunteers that didn't know what they were doing. We asked 4 different people where our seats were. Each one gave us a different answer, so we found empty seats and made them ours.
Amy took the stage about 7:35. The acoustics and sound was so awful we couldn't understand alot of what she was saying. Disappointing to say the least.
We much prefer the Reg Lenna Theater. The ice arena still has not lived up to it's potential...
