My mom has had a car with them for a year now she has recently fallen on hard times but she always paid her car note her car was recently repossessed she told them, she would have 2 months on 17th of December made 2 months she told them she would have both months on the 26th of December and they say (if you're 3 months behind in payments they will repossess). since she is on a fixed income the sent a tow truck in the middle of the night to reposses the car all while charging 1200 to get the car back 375 for the towing which they didn't even knock on the door for the keys plus they want her to pay another 125 for holding the car after towing it all while having to talk to all the rude people at the bank every person we talked to was rude and inconsiderate making the situation worse all the people at the call center need to be fired.
