I purchase a day pass for British Colonial Hilton, Nassau since our Disney Wonder cruise ship was going to be docked in Nassau, also, this was the only resort that allowed children under the age of 14, all other resorts were for adults only or kids 14yrs and older . We check-in at the desk and then headed to the beach area. At lunch time I went to the Patio Bar n Grill area the bar tender took my order for the drinks. However, the staff messed up our food order. After waiting for an hour, I asked the bartender for an update, told me he is going to check, but nothing, it seems that bartender had no clue. Other people from the cruise ship were also getting frustrated because the staff was extremely slow in taking and getting our food. This was also the same with other guests who were staying at the restore. I spoke to a manager and complained that I had been waiting for almost two hours for our food to arrive and my family was getting hungry. It seems that the staff were extremely disorganized, no one had any clue what to do, I believe they all need to be re-trained again. I then went to the front desk and asked to speak to a manager, I was told by the desk clerk she will get the manager.. 10 mins had passed, I asked again and this time was told that she is in a meeting, it seems that she had a bit of an attitude. We then headed back to the ship so my family can get some food. The staff were not very helpful, they do not care about customer service. I will not recommend this restore to my anyone, being a Hilton corporation owed I would of not expected this kind of service.
