Arrived at 21.30 for our reservation to find it had been cancelled at 18.00 hrs (while we were mid flight) as a result of the BA Melt Down - spent an hour in a very chaotic reception area while Ricardo and Natalia resolved the situation - got to bed at 23.30 in a free upgrade Luxury Room.
Great Staff even when under tremendous pressure - BA could learn a thing or two about customer service from the Team at the Sofitel. Many thanks again guys.
