We have been using Arrow for the last few years for our weekly dry cleaning. We noticed a couple time ours items were not being returned. I decided to start making notes of every item sent out....very first delivery since, they failed to return a shirt they had in the receipt I paid for. After five phone calls and zero response I still am missing the shirt and they refuse to take accountability. Absolutely terrible costumer service!!!! DO NOT USE WEEKLY DELIVERY SERVICE!!!!!!!
