False advertisement!!!! Paid for an Utimate BACON ...

False advertisement!!!! Paid for an Utimate BACON cheeseburger, received a Ultimate CRUMB scrubbed burger w/ mystery meat. Immediately after eating it my husband had excruciating stomach pain and diarrhea. I threw away my food. Service was horrible no receipt or straws provided, and when asked ALYSSA for a cup holder she rolled her eyes. She was too busy laughing with her team members and I guess we were being a nuisance by asking for a cup holder. It's not right nor is it acceptable service, she's getting paid to represent Jack in the box, which obviously is just free money for her and her team members as the food nor service meet the expectations, as they should. Picture provided under photos. LOCATION: 7740 Hazard Center Dr, San Diego, CA 92108. We always go to other locations (Mainly University ave.(they're amazing), Tierrasanta blvd.(great food always), Clairemont mesa blvd., El cajon blvd, etc...) And NEVER had an experience like this. Highly upsetting.
