Enjoyable if you want to know how these crystal items are made. Surprised to see how much human handwork goes into crafting cut crystal.

A little off-putting to do the tour with some young children in the group. I'm not sure if that it is the best idea to test your nerves with excitable kids in a crystal shop.

Cafe decent option as well for a quick pre tour bite.

Unsurprisingly the tour ends up in a shop with the hugest collection of Waterford crystal. Let your wallet bewarned.
