I am proud to say that I have worked for Cascade Park for over 13 years. I have held many roles in the company during my time there and regardless of my position or status have always felt respected and valued. I have seen many changes and tremendous growth and am still excited to go to work every day, maybe more so now than ever before.

The residents and clients we serve in our programs are amazing and bring me joy on even the worst days. The opportunity to serve them gives me purpose and reminds me what is important in life.
