Just one word for this company, "SCAM". I don't know why no one has sued this company and they are still in business. My adjuster is Alexis Rodriguez and she is very rude, never calls back. Its been three months and she hasn't responded back to more than 20 of my voicemails! When I try to talk to other adjuster, they say they are waiting for the police report, how long does it takes to get a police report? I am thinking of getting a lawyer now! I am fed up with this non-sense!
