This is a very late review, but decided to share since I was contemplating on returning or not. A few years ago I took my boyfriend here for his birthday. We even bought the locks and engraved it because we thought this was an experience we would want to come back to. Turns out it was not. The food was fine, they younger staff and colored staff were perfectly fine. After our meal, we were asked to go on another train car or whatever you call it to look at the view and enjoy dessert. Doing so, we had to pass a car that was filled with people who were being educated on wine, so i felt it was impolite to just walk in front of the instructor talking. As we stood there for thirty seconds debating if we should just cross or wait for him to pause, he quickly turned and looked at me and my boyfriend and gave us the ugliest look and said keep going if you did not pay for this. Well my bad that the train have such stupid inconveniences. Long story short, if you're not caucasian, half of the older caucasian staff will be very rude to you.
