Working with The Greene Realty Group to set up our FSBO MLS was extremely easy and professional. As you can imagine, selling a home on your own can be stressful enough not to mention the added stress of the COVID-19 situation during this time. In working with Derek he made everything easy to do and answered all of our questions. His is very knowledgeable in this area and easy to work with. You can tell he knew how to handle all of this without any issues. He made the whole process very easy and we were set up and running in no time. He explained how it all worked, supplied all the necessary documentation and what exactly we needed to do or what information we needed to supply to get it on the MLS fast. Once we gave him all the required information he immediately had us listed in the MLS and on multiple listing sites. We saw results immediately. Additionally, he guided us through the whole process as we made progress in the selling of our home and what things we needed to do at each step or change in the listing. He also made any/all change requests we had to the listing and made those changes extremely fast and always got back to us right away on any inquires we had. We were extremely pleased with his service, he knows this business and we highly recommend using The Green Realty Group if you ever have the need to put a FSBO property listing on the MLS.
